I worked with Ed for the first time on a few trucks this week for some repairs as well as a bunch of recalls. He is as professional as it gets. I have 160 vehicles in our DOT construction fleet and is eas week for some repairs as well as a bunch of recalls. He is as professional as it gets. I have 160 vehicles in our DOT construction fleet and is easy when you have good contacts for each manufacturer. Ed is now our Ford guy for sure. More

Service was top notch, as usual. Much less waiting time! Todd and Ed do an excellent job in both communicating and delivering on what they say they were going to do!!! Todd still checks in with me from time to time to see if there's anything I need or he could do delivering on what they say they were going to do!!! It was quick, I was in and out. Ed was very friendly and accommodating. The service dept did everything I asked but not a inch more. I asked for a major 60k maintenance service, but they didnt even check the tire pressure and left g dept did everything I asked but not a inch more.
