I bought a 2021 Infiniti QX80 from Infiniti of San Antonio. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Edgar Guzman and Infiniti of San Antonio staff. Mr. Guzman was friendly and knowledgeable of the QX80 ve Antonio. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Edgar Guzman and Infiniti of San Antonio staff. Mr. Guzman was friendly and knowledgeable of the QX80 vehicle. He kept his promises and supplied us with information when requested as quickly as possible. It felt like I was the only customer he was looking after and applied personal touch everywhere. It was truly a pleasant experience buying a vehicle from Infiniti of San Antonio. Customer service with Infinity of San Antonio set the highest bar. Edgar was professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and VERY patient. I was interested in used cars Infinity and non Infinity, he knew highest bar. Edgar was professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and VERY patient. I was interested in used cars Infinity and non Infinity, he knew what was on his lot plus more than what he was selling. His attention to detail was impeccable, communication with him was easy and prompt. His years of experience in the car industry definitely shined through. If you are planning on purchasing an Infinity I assure you Edgar won’t disappoint. Edgars demeanor and overall vibe was calming, which is so important when making a big purchase. No pushy, or aggressive tactics. Call and ask for him before coming to this dealership! More
