Took the Stress Out The week before we been subjected to high pressure, impatient sales interactions at another dealer and made to feel we were to blame for being indeci The week before we been subjected to high pressure, impatient sales interactions at another dealer and made to feel we were to blame for being indecisive at the last minute over a major purchase. At A-1 it was very different. Andrew Constantinou listened, found the right car buried at the back of the lot, and then came back with a reasonable price. He then drove with us back home over the lunch hour so we could check it would fit in our garage and feel happy that the car drove OK. During this trip he explained some of the new (to us) safety features and was very knowledgable. Best of all he was super laid back and we had some great conversations on all sorts of topics (not just the car). Rather than feeling rushed and confused we had about four hours between walking in the door and signing to buy. Eddie Oliveras handled myriad documents with efficiency on his magic table. After completing the purchase Andrew sat in the car and helped us to set up phone pairing and to register with Toyota - the kind of annoying activity that would take you half a day thumbing through the handbook sitting in your garage. All up it was great service and we actually quite enjoyed the experience. More

Excellent first experience, great staff Hello Everyone, My name is Juan i came to this dealership as my first choice and it was a great choice i recently joined the military and was coming Hello Everyone, My name is Juan i came to this dealership as my first choice and it was a great choice i recently joined the military and was coming to look for a car for where i was stationed and was immediately helped and guided to my now current Rav 4 I love my new car and highly and i mean highly recommend you go to this dealership, you skip all the arguing and hassle you get with other dealerships because they give you their honest price they can sell the car for so you're not there for hours trying to bring the price down. The staff was amazing Steve (who helped me from the beginning and helped me choose my beautiful car), Sunny who was very helpful in explaining the prices and what i was getting myself into, to Mustafa who helped me understand what the car could bring and add on to if i choose so, to Eddie who finalized all the Paperwork with no trouble. I literally got the car the same day no waiting no problems. this is an honest customer review. I want to again thank everyone who helped me through my first car buying experience and will 100% comeback and recommend everyone i know seeking to buy a car! More
