Chris, my salesman was easy going and thorough during the entire process. Ernest, the Finance guy was very detailed when explaining all the available warranties and maintenance programs. And the initial guy that provided the interest rate information, I can’t remember his name was able to get my interest where I felt comfortable. Overall, a great experience! More

Would not buy here again. Salesperson was not really focused on my needs, but instead really interested in his agenda. Did not ask what I wanted to know about car, really on t Salesperson was not really focused on my needs, but instead really interested in his agenda. Did not ask what I wanted to know about car, really on trying to get me on app even after I stated several times it wasn't a priority for me. Rushed me through at the end when I wanted to learn car functions. Others involved in process were OK, just salesperson made me feel unheard and not a great feeling when making any purchase, especially a large one. And I'm a returning Cadillac customer. A bad experience overall. More

The staff was professional, friendly, honest, and helpful. Cody listened to exactly what we wanted and needed, he didn't push us into what we didn't want but helped us find the perfect truck.
