I had a great experience from the time I started working with Earl online with the Jeep Cheerokee to the time I went in to drive the car till the time I signed Papers to bring it home. Even though they had with Earl online with the Jeep Cheerokee to the time I went in to drive the car till the time I signed Papers to bring it home. Even though they had other people interested in this car, they held it for me because I sent the first email of interest. That meant alot to me. Ed was great too, He made the signing of the papers quick and easy. I felt no pressure from these guys. I am looking for another car And I will look here first. I had one of the best car buying experiences ever at Bradshaw! I found the vehical I wanted through their website(many pics and info about each vehical), called them, and had the deal done over the phon Bradshaw! I had my own financing but to speed up the purchase, the Bradshaw team matched my financing with their own. The following day I drove to Bradshaw to pick up my new car. I entered the building and directly in front of me in their showroom was the car I was puchasing. The car was detailed and ready to go! I met with Earl the salesman and he went over every detail of the car. In the mean time, Ed was working on the paperwork for the financing. There were a couple items I had to fill in on the application (took only a minute to do that). Most of the paperwork was already completed the night before. I sat down with Ed and signed the paperwork (took 5 minutes). After that, Earl went over a couple more details with the car and I was out the door! Total time at the dealership approx. 2 hours. I would like to thank Earl and Ed for making my experience at Bradshaw a fun and comical time (couple of great guys that know their stuff)! Highlights: Very very easy transaction! Very detailed when going over all the features of the car (onstar setup as well) Knowledgable staff! Website was well done. Seeing the car I purchased in the showroom as I came in was pretty kickass! Side note: I noticed, unlike some dealers, that their stock/inventory catered to a wider range of prices (low end to high end vehicals) to satisfy any customer. Great Job, Great Place! A 2010 Buick Enclave is the second vehicle I've bought from Bradshaw, and I cannot imagine having a better car purchase experience. Sally Hartz, Tony Burrell and others were informative and helpful, and from Bradshaw, and I cannot imagine having a better car purchase experience. Sally Hartz, Tony Burrell and others were informative and helpful, and there was never any pressure. Pricing was not a problem from the start as William Bradshaw personally made an introduction for us. What did surprise us pleasantly was that we got a better trade in value for an old Passport than I ever expected we'd get. Of all the qualities I appreciated, Sally's patience and attention to us were most important. She and Tony (and Ed) stayed an hour or more overtime to complete the deal with us, and even offered to stay longer to explain features of the car. We decided to do this later, and even after the sale, Sally was willing to stay with us as long as necessary to help. We're delighted with the car and just as delighted with the service and value we received. Everyone should be happy to make a deal with Bradshaw, and we highly commend Sally and Tony to any who decide to shop there. More

We had been looking online for vehicles and had heard from a friend that we should buy from Bradshaw Automotive. We sent an email inquiring about a vehicle and less than 10 minutes later we had received from a friend that we should buy from Bradshaw Automotive. We sent an email inquiring about a vehicle and less than 10 minutes later we had received an email from Earl Wirgau while we were still surfing the site! We decided to come in and meet with him and see what kind of deals they could work for us. Earl Wirgau greeted us warmly and right out the gate genuinely cared about what matter most to us! He didn't show us a million cars, he asked good qualifying questions and showed us which ones best fit our current and future needs! After we selected our vehicle, Earl took us on a tour of the 5 Star dealership and introduced us to the service team and won us over by showing us how we can save just by getting our oil changed at the dealership. Instead we've been paying 30+ dollars for a long waiting unfriendly Walmart oil change. Earl then brought us into the finance office to meet Ed Donald. Ed assured us he will do everything he could to help us leave with the best car buying experience! We filled out some paper work and while Ed was crunching numbers, Earl took us to our vehicle and showed us some of the features and benefits of why this vehicle would more than meet our needs! After that, Ed came out to meet us and told us how much he could save us with a better rate than we had originally expected! We closed the deal in under 2 hours and let me tell you... THAT MEANS A LOT!!! We have children under the age of 2; They knew we had to get in and out quick. Earl and Ed were extremely efficient with the time they took help us get the vehicle we need! With Earl Wirgau and Ed Donald's help, it made car shopping fun and overall a really great experience. We will most definitely recommend Bradshaw Greer to any and all of our friends! My husband and I had a positive experience when trading in our lease. We ended up with the same car just new in approximately the same payments that we had on our lease. The staff was efficient, helpful in our lease. We ended up with the same car just new in approximately the same payments that we had on our lease. The staff was efficient, helpful and matter of fact & it did not take long. They were very willing to work with us on a negative mileage situation on our lease turn in and gave us enough off on the new vehicle so that we did not have to pay the over mileage fees on the old lease. The finance person was very helpful in showing us the different option on service and warranty contracts and they were able to design one to our own specifications that we new would work for us. No fluff that we did not need. And Tony Burrell as a sales associate is very thorough and keeps up with his client. I bought my previous Cadillac there as well and every birthday I had for the past 4 years, there was a card in the mail for me from him. Small thing but I remembered who he was and that is who I went to go see when I needed to get my lease turned in. I knew with this economy that they probably would be able to do something. Overall we were very happy with Bradshaw as a dealership and Tony Burrell as a sales associate. No muss no fuss! More
