Peter Stevenson went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience during this repair. He is hands down the best Service Advisor I have worked with throughout all of the cars I have owned. It is hard to find a friendly, reliable, and trustworthy advisor who will work his/her hardest to help the customer and ensure the customer has a good experience. As such, I will be returning to Peter for as long as I own a Toyota! Freeman Toyota overall more than exceeded my expectations. I had a great experience purchasing the vehicle from Freeman Toyota 5 years ago, and they are continuing to provide excellent service throughout the life of my car! More
