We have purchased cars from Family Toyota for many years. Our salesperson Sierra has taken care of us for years. She is knowledgeable about the vehicles, honest, and kind. He has made sure we receive the car we wanted as soon as possible. Derek our finance person makes that part of the process as painless as possible with his efficiency and knowledge They are all kind and we wouldn't go anywhere else. More

This location continues to impress me. I have been a repeat customer of FTB for 3 years now. From purchasing my vehicle, my daughters vehicle and using them for all of my maintenance. Last week I made the mistake of choosing convenience, I decided to take my vehicle to Family Toyota Arlington for an oil change because it was closer to where I was at the time. Big mistake. I won’t go into detail about the other locations professionalism, but let’s just say I left without a service. The next day I took my vehicle to FTB and I explained the experience I had the previous day. Dustin, the general manager was appalled at what he had heard and made sure that I got my oil change, tire rotation, and car wash all done within 45 minutes. He also made it free! Lonnie, my advisor was, of course, incredibly helpful and informative. I don’t know why I went somewhere else that day, but it will never happen again. Not to mention, I had my one year old with me who can be quite a handful sometimes. Every staff member from the salesman to, the receptionist engage with her, give her snacks, and are just all-around welcoming. If you are in the market for a place to buy a vehicle, or just for a regular maintenance shop, this place treats, you like family, and I could not recommend them more. More

I traded in my 2020 tundra for a new 2022 tundra and due to a manufacture defect, the engine had to be replaced with less than only 21,500 miles. I was very concerned and was looking at the possibility of changing car manufacturers, but the general manager (Dustin) at the Burleson family Toyota and my sales person Manny turned what could have been a very bad situation into a good one and I appreciate their hard work and dedication to excellent service. My family and I have purchased around 12-14 vehicles in the past 12 years from Family Toyota and it looks like we will continue to be a part of the Toyota family in Burleson. I can't say enough good things about the people at that location, including Brandon Smith in the service department and so many other people that work there who are just good people. More

"Everyone at this dealership is there to help you, and they go out of their way to show it! They are remarkable. When you come in for service the service advisors are very helpful and really listen to any concerns you have. The service team goes out of its way to address each and any issue. My adviser Brandon is one of the friendliest people I have ever met. Their dealership is very comfortable with a nice lounge area, internet wifi cafe, free beverages, and coffee drinks, heck, you can even get a haircut while you wait! No kidding... I have to mention my last service experience- While waiting for my Bz4x to get a software update & rotate my tires I saw the manager Dustin Herndon and casually joked- "Hey, you keep me here much longer and someone will have to feed me". I was only joking... but this guy went out of his way and ordered me not one, but two Papa John's Pizzas and had them delivered to me at the dealership.. while I was still waiting on my car!! Unbelievable!! Who are these People... Like no other dealership, I've ever heard of! More

Walking in the front door, the dealership was relaxing and comfortable. No one was pushy or aggressive when they asked if I needed any assistance. This was our 4th vehicle from Family Toyota and we would not go anywhere else. Jared and Ashleigh were an awesome sales team. We were always assured we could reach one of them.
