Worked for Family Toyota of Burleson since opening in 2014 as a lot porter, then going in to service as a tech and working my way up, and now on sales floor. Firm believer in Toyota products and current owner of 2 Toyota Tacoma's. A new 2019 Tacoma and a 1997 Tacoma with 285k miles. Owned a 2018 Tundra and a 2000 Camry that I had as a gas saver vehicle with over 330k miles and still on the road! I'm a hunter and fisherman that I need a truck that is reliable every day and night!

BEST OF THE BEST, I CAN'T YELL YOU HOW THANKFUL I AM TO HAVE MET THE HERNDON FAMILY. THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING. START TO FINISH WAS ENJOYABLE. Absolutely Friendliest Dealership on the Planet! ! I was a Sewell Lexus Ft Worth customer for over 19 years-Family Toyota of Burleson puts them to shame...just saying! "Everyone at this dealership i ! I was a Sewell Lexus Ft Worth customer for over 19 years-Family Toyota of Burleson puts them to shame...just saying! "Everyone at this dealership is there to help you, and they go out of their way to show it! They are remarkable. When you come in for service the service advisors are very helpful and really listen to any concerns you have. The service team goes out of its way to address each and any issue. My adviser Brandon is one of the friendliest people I have ever met. Their dealership is very comfortable with a nice lounge area, internet wifi cafe, free beverages, and coffee drinks, heck, you can even get a haircut while you wait! No kidding... I have to mention my last service experience- While waiting for my Bz4x to get a software update & rotate my tires I saw the manager Dustin Herndon and casually joked- "Hey, you keep me here much longer and someone will have to feed me". I was only joking... but this guy went out of his way and ordered me not one, but two Papa John's Pizzas and had them delivered to me at the dealership.. while I was still waiting on my car!! Unbelievable!! Who are these People... Like no other dealership, I've ever heard of! More
