Fantastic Experience! I have had some not so great experiences at other dealer ships so was slightly hesitant to look at trading in again. Decided to ask for an email quote I have had some not so great experiences at other dealer ships so was slightly hesitant to look at trading in again. Decided to ask for an email quote on a vehicle, and got to talking with Kieran, a sales managers in the internet department. He was able to do all my pre-approval by email and one phone call. Dealt with Chantalle about different things as well. Was called and told I was approved and to come in! Went in, and was there less than 2 hours for a test drive, paper work, and then taking the vehicle home that night. Our sales guy was Dale Scotton and he was so great with answering all my questions, and with talking with my 6 year old daughter. She adored him! Dustin and Nikki in finance were amazing with us. Was such a fantastic experience and will definitely be recommending them to everyone who asks. I will definitely be sticking with them from now on. More

A pleasant experience with the coolest salesman. Buying my first car off a lot was truly a positive experience. GP auto group was very friendly, considerate of personal needs, helpful, and best of all I didn't feel pressured or get annoyed by your typical unwanted crowding of sales people. I walked in looking to see my options for a newer vehicle and seen a sales associate with a welcoming smile sitting at his desk. Right away was able to relax as I didn't have a rush of associates approaching me. I than sat down by my choosing, with my associate Jeff Blanchard and his super friendly smile. He had took me for a test drive in a Lancer which I hated right off the bat, but eventually actually got me liking it with no pressure. He was super patient with me and was able to ignore my high maintanced attitude and keep up the good conversation and positive experience I was having. Alli, in financance was really friendly and helpful as well. She worked really hard and quickly to get me approved for a vehicle. I had nothing but doubt but she was able to find me a lender. She explained everything perfectly to me as I had never financed before and was able to bare with me through the frustration I was building from my constant phone going off due to my children and the long process of doing paper work, after a long work day and being very tired. She kept a great attitude. Jeff is a great guy to deal with and it was exciting for us both of to see my new Toyota for the first time as the original car after the Lancer we went to look at was sold. I didn't feel like he was talking up the car to make a sale and that he was truly excited and liked the car as I did. I had a fun time with Jeff buying my new car. I will be coming back next year to buy another vehicle, hoping to deal with Jeff and Alli again. More

Patient, helpful, friendly. I came in to the Auto Canada Used Superstore looking for a reasonably priced coupe, and Kevin and Dustin put me in my dream car. More importantly, they bent over backwards to get me a great interest rate and payment schedule, while I spent 3 weeks (a bit unfairly) making up my mind. Service was absolutely impeccable. Easy Stuff Pulled into the used store downtown to just take a peek at some vehicles when I was approached by Richard.
