To say that she goes “above and beyond” doesn’t do her justice. She stuck with us, helped us get set up with the appropriate parties at Kia, GOT THE JOB DONE (!!!), and when I showed up unannounced, she made time for me, and connected me with Sean. I love that both Lillian and Sean were well-versed in their professions and that they’re honest, “no-fluff”, yet extremely kind. I walked out of the dealership, after purchasing out the lease, in amazement.
