The sales experience was great, but my experience with the Finance dept has been ridiculous at best. Very deceptive warranty practices and zero follow-up. Scam- Scam by Top Management. They never showed me the useless Rockwell Green Package but I HAD to buy it for a discounted $1,000. Verbally, Dontrell talked of many things that aren't on the short list a useless Rockwell Green Package but I HAD to buy it for a discounted $1,000. Verbally, Dontrell talked of many things that aren't on the short list and nothing is there that I would drive 41 miles for. Not even putting Nitrogen in my tires. Just a scam added by Top Management. $1,000 out of a veterans pocket for a scam. More
