This is my 4th car and my 2nd lease, first time owning a Ford and first time working with Maplecrest. Hands down the best, most efficient and pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I was able to give Olivia all the information needed to get the process started on Thursday afternoon and by Friday afternoon I was already in and out with my new truck. Very smooth transaction despite being 2.5hrs away. My wife and I bought a Ford CPO from Maplecrest Ford of Mendham and were extremely happy with the process. Despite being 2.5hrs away and in another state, we were able to work out the details of payment, and delivery prior to ever getting to the dealership. We arrived at our scheduled time, and were promptly greeted by Donna. After a quick inspection of the condition of the car, and a test drive, we were able to sign the paperwork and head off. Probably took no more than an hour total. My first contact at the dealership was with Donna and she stayed with us through the entire process to delivery. She was extremely prompt and responsive to e-mail, phone calls, and text, and was invaluable in directing me through the various hurdles to make the process of delivery so smooth. Donna told us that although she had been at the dealership for some time, this was the first vehicle she had delivered to customers ... it certainly didn't show as she was on top of every detail. We've bought a few cars over the years and this was by far our best experience. Even though it's a long drive to get there, when the time comes to replace our other vehicle my first call will be to Maplecrest Ford Bottom line: Fair price, great service, friendly staff; how can you go wrong. More
