At last! No more feelings of dread as my leases come due for turnover! Much to my relief, I decided to look locally and connected with Emma. She made this surprisingly simple, with honest and straightforward insights to leasing and pricing. Emma makes herself accessible and open to providing any assistance possible. Beyond being relaxed and genuine - it was a sense of ease to work with my first female Sales Representative in auto leasing after all these years. Notably because I have always purchased or leased pick-up trucks, there have been experiences at other dealerships where my inexperience and politeness has been manipulated to paying far more than I should have.
