I am continually surprised at how long it takes for service. I had an appt. for a state inspection and it took two hours. Granted I am not a mechanic, but I have owned cars for 40 years and a state i service. I had an appt. for a state inspection and it took two hours. Granted I am not a mechanic, but I have owned cars for 40 years and a state inspection shoudln't take 2 hours. Everyone is nice, the video is a nice feature, the waiting area is great, the time it takes for service is always too long. More
