The 2018 F250 Powerstroke I purchased The only pleasant experience was working with our salesman Matt. Beyond that the entire experience was horrible! The 2018 F250 Powerstroke I purchased did not have a block heater on it. Tom the Sales Manager swore the heater was there but the power cord was not, we worked the power cord and install of the cord into the deal of the truck, and had it listed on a “we owe” sheet from the sales team. One week after buying the truck I was asked to bring it in so they could get the right power cord for the block heater, and should only take about 20 minutes. I drove 30 min and waited two hours just to find out the heater Tom promised was on there wasn’t there after all. The sales team stated that they will order and pay for the block heater as well. After a couple of weeks of waiting for the parts to come in I got a text from Matt advising that the dealership had the parts but would not install them, he even stated in the text he has never had this happen where it’s in writing and the dealership wasn’t going to honor it. I then told Matt that I would NOT be paying for it and to either give me his GMs phone number along with Corporates, or have the dealership install the parts. After a couple of days of them trying to figure it out, I got another text saying that they were sending the truck to a different shop in Reno for the install since it was cheaper for the other shop to install it rather than the dealerships... odd to me but whatever. It took two trips back to the dealership and almost a month total to get the block heater installed. When I took the truck in the first time I told Matt and Don the svc guy that the front brakes were making noise, both said they would look at them when they installed the block heater. The brakes were never addressed when the block heater was installed. I called the dealership and scheduled an apt to have them looked at per the request of Don. I dropped the truck off on 9/17/19, mind you I purchased the truck on 8/1/19. The svc advisor called and told me the tech stated that the rotors needed to be turned and the pads needed to be sanded and it would cost me about $300.00 I then asked for the GMs and Corporates number again because I have owned the truck less than 60 days and it needs brake repairs?!?!? The service advisor then talked to his MGR and was told that the dealership would machine the rotors and pads for me at no cost. I picked the truck up two days later and the noise seemed to be gone... until the beginning of this week. Now the noise is there constantly, I called the advisor back again and told him I was afraid that a brake caliper or caliper pin was sticking and asked him to consult with his manager on what the best course of action would be. When he called back he stated that the manager told him to tell me to take it to a Ford dealership since the caliper could... could be under warranty. And if not bring it back and they may fix it under good will. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. They do not want to take care of their customers, once they get your money they don’t give a crap. I hope this isn’t the case for everyone but for me, it’s been horrible. More

I don't have a car,my credit is shot and I'm on disability. But Bran Ogg and Holly Jensen went above and beyond to find a car that fits my needs,is in my budget and I like alot. Holly even came and picked me up from the airport! Now that's customer service. At the dealership, the paperwork was explained to me in detail so I understood what I was signing, which I believe builds a trust. I was out of the dealership drive my new car in no time. One more thing, everyone at that dealership even if they were just walking by would say hi Orr ask if I needed anything. Just to mention a few were Brian Carter, Tabitha Culver, Dylan Clunie and Donald Ostrom. More
