Service personnel were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Unfortunately it took well over 2 hours for a simple oil change. Staff said that they didn’t have a “Quick Lane” however I don’t see how this matters Unfortunately it took well over 2 hours for a simple oil change. Staff said that they didn’t have a “Quick Lane” however I don’t see how this matters given that I had a scheduled appointment (for nearly a month) for this routine service. It is my understanding that the Ford Quick Lanes are for unscheduled oil changes. Will seriously need to consider going elsewhere for future service. More

I was treated with respect and all my questions were addressed and answered professionally. Although I don't have a strong background about cars, my concerns and questions were addressed seriously and addressed and answered professionally. Although I don't have a strong background about cars, my concerns and questions were addressed seriously and to the best of Don Mast's knowledge. The scheduling of my appointment was done to accommodate my responsibilities with family. Don made it a point to schedule my car prior to my sister having laser cataract surgery. That was important because I was the only driver for my sister and ninety year old parents. I feel Don Mast is an asset to the Walker Ford Company because he has experienced different aspects of the business which provides him with a stronger knowledge base. More

I Started Morning off with a very low tire noticed a screw in the tread. Contacted The Ford dealership where I purchased my vehicle but was unable to get in that day they were completely booked until th screw in the tread. Contacted The Ford dealership where I purchased my vehicle but was unable to get in that day they were completely booked until the next morning. I contacted other Ford dealerships in my area along with the some small business owners they too were booked for the day…. Until I contacted “Walker Ford” and spoke to Don… even though they were booked for the day he told me to come down and he would take a look and if I didn’t mind waiting until one if the technicians availability. Don said “just to let you know it might be a couple of hours”!? I headed to Walker met Don he took care of me it was a little over an hour but my tire was replaced and I was on my way🙂 Thank you Don Walker is “FORD”👍 More

In for recall work , great service. Don Mast kept me well informed on scheduling, explained work to be performed and saw me thru the entire process from start to finished. Avoid this place! ! It may cost you your life. We did have trust in them but I will tell everyone to avoid this place like the plague! One month after visiting the serv ! It may cost you your life. We did have trust in them but I will tell everyone to avoid this place like the plague! One month after visiting the service department and spending over 1,300$ to have my charging system replaced. Engine caught fire and melted my car and is now totaled, all Ryan Holcomb said is I’m sorry there’s nothing they can do. So if you some fire work Ryan Holcomb is your guy! More
