I took my diesel truck in for repair service at Walker Ford in Clearwater. The work was a mixture of warranty repair, tires, and maintenance. The Customer Care Representative I had, Don, went way above an Ford in Clearwater. The work was a mixture of warranty repair, tires, and maintenance. The Customer Care Representative I had, Don, went way above and beyond. To start, he kept me informed along the way, which is rare today…the technicians at this dealership also professionally performed all my repairs and even had the truck back to be in about HALF the “anticipated” timeframe. I’ve gone to other Ford dealerships for work in the past, none of which were impressive. From now on, I will remain with Walker Ford, and hopefully Don as my rep. Thank you!!! More
