I called after hours with a few questions for the service department about my 2018 F150 I had purchased from another dealership pre owned and they responded the next day. They let me know that the issue I wa department about my 2018 F150 I had purchased from another dealership pre owned and they responded the next day. They let me know that the issue I was having was on a TSB for my 2018 F150 and is covered by the factory warranty. An appointment would be weeks out but Don said if I could drop it off he would fit it in as soon as possible. I did and I had it back that same week. Thank you so much Don and Steve.
