I did reach out and I received sub par help. AND since contacting this dealer, I've received non stop phone calls and texts from EVERY Chevrolet dealer in MA RI and CT. The dealership worked very hard to finalize the financing and scheduled signing of the paperwork via Maverick in a timely manner. They set up a pick up and delivery to my home that went flawless. Brought my GMC Terrain in to the dealership on a trailer due to a severe driveability issue that ended up being caused by a short circuit in a wiring harness. Technician was unable to diagnose the issue, an due to a severe driveability issue that ended up being caused by a short circuit in a wiring harness. Technician was unable to diagnose the issue, and even suggested checking and replacing expensive, unrelated parts. When realizing the technician assigned to my vehicle would be unable to solve the problem, I picked up my vehicle, again on a trailer. After finding and correcting the problem using another (non dealership) path, I discussed the issue with the manager there, and showed them the actual problem and solution. Using dealership diagnostic tools, my issue should have been easily discovered. Finding the exact location of the short is tougher, but the tech should have been able to easily determine that the problem was being caused by wiring. Even after this discussion with the manager, he refused to refund the money they charged me for "diagnosis". I had higher expectations of "certified experts". More

I came in for an oil change. Came out with a flat tire that the technician knew about and didn't tell me. You filled up my tired, cleared the alarm, and let me drive off that l Came out with a flat tire that the technician knew about and didn't tell me. You filled up my tired, cleared the alarm, and let me drive off that lot knowing it had a leak of some sort. My onstar told on you. I had my car at the delearship by 8:45. I didn't see the email until later on but the time for the low psi alert was for 9:21. I received a text message that my car was ready at 9:33. No alarm. It wasn't until I drove on the highway, and got to my destination, that the tire bled flat and I saw the email for the original alert.. you know the one you cleared and didn't tell me about. And then, your technician said the alert was there to begin with. Thankfully, your receptionist believed me that it wasn't because she got in the car after me to check the vin and mileage and such and it wasn't there. And there were no codes. So you basically called me a liar. You never mentioned it on my "video inspection". You're xxxx lucky that tire didn't shred and blow apart while I was driving and cost me more money. Or worse, I could have gotten hurt or hurt someone else. I should have gotten a free tire but instead you gave me a whole 10% off. You lost a customer. You wasted my money, my time, and my precious sleep because I'm a night shift nurse and had to call out the first 4 hours of my shift. You put my life, and others in jeopardy and that's not acceptable. Integrity goes a long way. Learn it. More
