I was replacing my 2008 f250 super cab that I bought new at Bartow Ford.I have been looking daily and Found your 2021 Ford F250 super duty the day you posted or might of been the fallowing day. I test drove at Bartow Ford.I have been looking daily and Found your 2021 Ford F250 super duty the day you posted or might of been the fallowing day. I test drove it and seemed ok. I left the truck there because the service dept was going to lower my truck by removing the block to lower the truck 3" because it was a work truck so needed it lower.I had appointment to get my truck lettered but cancelled do to the delay on my parts coming in from your service department till after christmas but my personal mechanic did it for me. As I was taking the truck home from your dealership my left turn signal flashed fast so I pulled over to check my blinkers all was working so I drove the 75 miles home, I find out a few days later that it was my tail light. Then on Jan second the radio stopped working the center area where the date/temp/back up camra on Jan 2 2024 all that was not working Later that day all came back on except the radio. Then I noticed the clock on Jan 3 2024 the clock was on military time and no buttons would work to let me change and still no radio. then later that day when the gears shift it shows 1/6 2/6 3/6 4/6 5/6 6/6 that also no longer showes. I call your place and yes I turned down the extended warranty thinking I had some warranty my impression was extended warranty meant I had some warranty but guess that was a no. All they was willing to do was replace my tail light and just check out my truck that I purchased, But my feeling that the truck I bought I feel never had the proper inspection so my trust with you ford company was broken. my impression was all they wanted was to see the truck. I trusted the Ford name but in my opinion your Ford dealership does not come close to Bartow Dealership. The guy doing my finance should of made it clear that once I drove it off the lot there would be no warrantee More

This dealership, salesman (Chris Schiffiano) and his supervisor (Patricia Corcoran) has been very dishonest and disingenuous in our dealings in regards to purchasing a Ford Explorer listed for sale on t supervisor (Patricia Corcoran) has been very dishonest and disingenuous in our dealings in regards to purchasing a Ford Explorer listed for sale on their site. No use in contacting them to scheduled an appointment to come in for a test drive or to purchase a car. They will sale the car while you are in route to the dealership. After days of constant communication in regards to the status and condition of the vehicle, in which we assured Chris that we were prepared to purchase if everything checked our as noted on their end. Chris scheduled an appointment time and we agreed to make the 2 hour trip to New Port Richie to come in to purchase the vehicle. On the morning of the appointment Chirst texted to confirm the appointment and we assured him we were definitely coming in as scheduled and agreed upon. Less than 2 hours later (45 minutes into our road trip to New Port Richey) we receive a text from Chris stating that they'd just sold the vehicle from under us. After 2 days of constant communication and in the midst of us traveling to keep our agreed upon appointment time. We received no phone call, text message nor any communication to re-confirm our plans to purchase or give us the first option to buy since we has been in constant communication and locked in an appointment to test and buy the vehicle.
