The first time I did not receive a survey, probably because of the horrible service and inconvenience I received. They broke a part in my car trying to find out what the problem was. I had to bring my car back at least three times before they gave up and called Chevy to walk them through finding out what the problem was. I was without my car for a week. When I called to complain, I got a feeling that this happens all the time. I fought with myself for a week about bringing my brand new car to Criswell for service. It’s the only local Chevy dealer in the area. They did not break anything. I brung my car in at 9am for an oil change and to get my truck latch fixed. Took them 4 hours!! And they left black sticky stuff all over my 2014 Chevy Camaro trunk and bumper. Had to ask someone to whip it off. More

Mike wasted no time in getting me behind the wheel for a pair of test drives. I hadn’t intended to make a purchase that day, but Mike listened carefully to what I was looking for, did a nationwide search, and came up with a close fit to my specifications at a very desirable price. Four days later, I drove away with the most enjoyable car I’ve ever owned. Mike is highly knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. At delivery, he not only briefed me on the details of the car, but also showed me the service facility and process for arranging service, including introduction to the Corvette Service Manager. I may be influenced by the nature of the car that I bought, but I can honestly say that this was the most comfortable auto purchase that I have made in over 40 years. More
