They were very fair and apologetic in reaching out to me and rectifying the situation with me. I am pleased and wanted to thank them and appreciate it! _________________________________________________________________________ I originally bought my car into Criswell to get an oil change on August 4, 2016. There was nothing wrong with my car before I bought it into the dealership. The car is in near mint condition, garage kept, and hardly driven. When Criswell looked at my car, they started recommending a couple of things that needed repair. They informed me that I had a power steering hose that needed repair and a transmission leak. For the transmission leak to be repair they informed me that they needed to take the entire transmission out of my car which would be a 12-hour labor job, with parts and labor it would cost me 1853.81 + tax. Therefore, I took their recommendation and had them fix my power steering and transmission leak and also had them change my oil. The total bill was $2455.65. They also recommended I change my tires but I declined at the time. My car was picked up on August 11, 2016. Since I hardly drive the car, I started driving it a few weeks later and started noticing an intermittent grinding, rubbing sound coming from the transmission when I drove the car. Therefore, I took the car back to the dealership for them to take a look at the noise that was coming from my transmission and also for them to change my tires and get a front end alignment on Oct 14, 2016. They took a look at the car and informed me that they did not hear a sound from the car. Therefore, I went to the dealership to pick up the car on Oct 18, 2016 and started driving it off their lot when the sound started happening again when I pulled out of the dealership. I promptly bought it back and complained. They had the mechanic ride with me in the car to diagnose the sound and he admitted that there was a sound coming from the transmission area of the car. However, for them to fully diagnose the grinding sound coming from the transmission, they had to charge me over $1500 dollars in labor again to pull the transmission out of the car to see what was wrong with it. Otherwise the Customer Service Representative told me that I can continue to drive the car until the sound gets worse. In any event, I would have to pay to get the transmission taken out a second time for an issue they caused. So now they are trying to double charge me for labor to fix an issue that they caused since the sound was never there when I originally bought the car in. I do not think it's fair for me to pay for labor again for them to find out and fix an issue that they caused. They should own up to their work and warranty their repairs instead of charging me again for labor just to diagnose the issue. My car had no issues when I bought it in and now after they serviced it, it has a grinding noise that is potentially damaging my car every time it's driven. More

And, his enormous experience helped put many things in perspective in trying to better understand the Corvette community. First oil change was orchestrated by Dina Bartolomeo. Extremely helpful for my first visit to Criswell service department. Went "over and above". Great job Dina. Highly recommend Criswell, Mike Furman and Dina Bartolomeo!. More

Worst Customer service He is very rude and lazy. I had an appointment setup for 8:00 clock. I got to the shop at 07:45. Work on my car was not supposed to take more than an He is very rude and lazy. After two hours waiting I inquired about my car and he had no clue why my car hasn't been attended. He told me it hasn't been worked on yet and will be ready in 20 minutes. What the heck he was doing for last two hours. It's a weekday so it wasn't even busy. If they didn't have time to work on a recall which they have been calling me about from past two weeks to get fixed then why make me take an appointment. They didn't even have courtesy to apologize. When I asked for the manager. He told me Nick Chapman is the manager he was equally unapologetic about the issue. He didn't care that I was waiting for two hours and nothing has been done to my car or they could have informed me that it will not be ready soon so I have made my arrangements differently. More

Mike Furman and Criswell are the best! I took delivery of a 2015 Z06 just after the New Year. I was late getting an order in and thought I would be hundreds of cars down the list for delivery. Mike worked with me on specs and even offered a car quicker that had freed up by a customer who could not accept his ordered vehicle. But, in the end, mine came in early, in part due to Mike's counsel that ordering a manual transmission would improve the delivery position. This is my 6th Corvette and 3rd Z06 starting with a 1967 Stingray way back when. The experience could not have been more pleasant and efficient. Plus Mike keeps you informed about everything from your order status to events you might be interested in to pertinent web links. It is refreshing to do business with a true professional. I have also used Criswell for service on several cars and find them great to do business with on that level as well. Dina Bartolomeo has been super to work with on routine maintenance as well as the few unscheduled maintenance needs over the years. Couldn't be happier. More

Excellent follow up and awesome service experience I had my 2013 SS Camaro towed in for repair and Dina had me assured everything would be taken care of.
