Used Honda Odyssey I was not sure of what I wanted. Richard Bell's no pressure style put me at ease in my search. I test drove cars at at least 4 different dealerships, I was not sure of what I wanted. Richard Bell's no pressure style put me at ease in my search. I test drove cars at at least 4 different dealerships, and found the right car at Toyota of Boardman. The trade in price was fair and so was the price of the Odyssey. I do wish the dealer's warranty was longer. I was happy that they allowed me to take it and get it checked out somewhere else though. More

MY NEW 2015 TOYOTA CAMRY!!! After 50 years of driving nothing but GM cars I am the proud new owner of TOYOTA CAMRY!!! I live in Youngstown, Ohio the home of the Chevy Cruze and After 50 years of driving nothing but GM cars I am the proud new owner of TOYOTA CAMRY!!! I live in Youngstown, Ohio the home of the Chevy Cruze and checked it and the Malibu out but fell in love with the Camry after my visit to the delership!!! My sales rep Dick Bell made my search for a new car much easier than I thought it woud be!!! More

The service manager Joe Delapa was friendly and smiled, but I can not say the same for Richard Bell who did not make me feel welcome in the least. lets not fool ourselves... this is about $ This is a but I can not say the same for Richard Bell who did not make me feel welcome in the least. lets not fool ourselves... this is about $ This is a business, and like any business they are interested to make money, not 'help you out' if it means putting an real effort into it. This review is neither good or bad; just facts. when I came in all the usual amenities you would expect from a major dealership were there, clean bathroom, free coffee or soda, tv and a waiting room. It was the day after thanksgiving and I broke down 100 miles from home. The work I needed for my car was quoted at $4000 for one part and labor, and they were not even 100% sure and said they needed to call Toyota a few days later to confirm that’s what was wrong. Since it was still being financed no one was interested to even discuss putting me in a new car. I was told literally "you are what we call under the hole" which has something to do with 'negative equity' and that no bank including them (mind you I only owe 8,000 to Toyota Financial on an 07 Prius) would finance me. So that was that, no real humanity or help, but hey, as a business man I can respect the bottom line, right? After all; This is America, dealerships are all about profit, cars are a luxury, too bad for me... I don’t have any hard feelings, but I thought I would mention: When I finally had the vehicle towed back home 100 miles away to ANOTHER Toyota dealership in Pennsylvania: THEY put me in a rental IMMEDIATLY, then they looked up some stuff online right in front of me and said that there is a good chance that various recalls on the 04to07 prius might cover this part, and that they could certainly find a way for me to finance the repair. I showed them the same part on ebay motors for $250 listed as “broken/forparts” as well as refurbished items for 1800 to 2400. The new dealership in PA said they would exhaust every option, even looking for a salvaged part for me to make sure I either get into another car or fix this one so I can actually afford it. Who cares about free coffee when you got a guy telling you he is going to find a way to help you, and you actually believe him? That’s what it should be about. You can always tell when you are dealing with people who want to help you, and the people at Toyota of Boardman only wanted to help themselves to some ‘mo-money’. Well, know what? Cheers, I hope you guys manage to keep your souls and the big money; I was not looking for a hand out, just a hand, at the end of the day least you were honest about not wanting to help me. I certainly learned something from you today and I will carry that lesson into my own business. More

I just bought my second toyota from Dick Bell of Toyota of Boardman. Five years ago I bought a Corolla from Dick.The Corolla was a great car and I got a good deal on it.When I was ready to get a new car I of Boardman. I went back to Toyota of Boardman and was very happy to find Dick Bell still there. I was not disappointed as dicd ant the finance manager Erica made it very easy and I left with a new Rav 4! We found Richard Bell, Toyota salesman, to be clear and helpful. After hearing our wants and wishes, Richard found the Prius we desired and made all of the necessary arrangements.
