This place is bad business. I was purchasing a vehicle over the phone and they sold it while I was supposed to be buying it. I was very pleased with my sales associate. Jerrell he was very pleasant and encouraged me to take my time. The only unpleasant experience was paying for the car. I did not need financing and they would not accept a check. I don’t know why they couldn’t contact my bank to insure funds. instead I had to go purchase a cashiers check, which was a bit of a hassle and took much longer than it should have to purchase the vehicle.. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and although they sent it to the car washer , the inside was not as clean as it should have been. There was something spilled on the back seat that did not get cleaned at all. Other than that it was pretty good and I would recommend Jerrell for your associate. More

Chris Grey and the staff at Bradshaw has always taken me and my family’s automotive needs. I have purchased two vehicles from Bradshaw (2010 frontier and more recently a 2021 Silverado). I had a service eng and my family’s automotive needs. I have purchased two vehicles from Bradshaw (2010 frontier and more recently a 2021 Silverado). I had a service engine light come on a few weeks ago in my Silverado. I scheduled an appointment online and then reached out directly using the online chat. The person on the other side noted my problem and let the service department know that I would be bringing it in. When I got there, one service associate assisted me, took notes about what was going on with the vehicle and wrote it all up before passing me onward to Chris. Chris took it from there after receiving a thorough update from the other associate. I was supposed to come in later in the week but they fit me in. They gave me a rental car so I could go to work and home at no cost. They called me around mid afternoon with the issue resolved. Really great service and timing. Thank You so much!! With my vehicle fixed I was able to drive my Silverado home for my family members funeral. More
