I made an appointment for brakes and tires at 8:15am on April 11, 2024. I dropped the car off on the evening of April 10, there were no envelops in the night drop-box but I was able to find a sales person April 11, 2024. I received a phone call at 8:19am on Thursday but did not pick up as I didn't recognize the number, listen to the message and return the call at 8:22am, 3 minutes later, and left a message. Called back repeatedly for the next hour in hopes of contacting Mr. Gray as I'm aware that no work gets done without customer confirmation. Finally at 9:19am he returned my call and I authorized the service. He claimed that they would try and have it ready today but it was iffy due to the tire delivery. I mention that I was aware of how that worked, hence why I tried to get back to him as quickly as I could. I checked in with him at 4:19pm that afternoon and Mr. Gray mention that the car would be ready on Friday, the next day. On Friday, April 12, Mr. Gray called me around 10:30am on my office phone (after I had given him specific instructions to contact me on my cell phone, which he did once but then used my office phone on 3 separate occasions during this back and forth fiasco, which is frustrating as I never gave him my office phone, I assume he gleaned it off the caller ID, plus I'm rarely sitting at my desk) I reached back out to him at 10:52am only to have Mr. Gray inform me that the car also needed rear brakes and would not be ready until Monday. I mention that I dropped the car off to have all the brakes changed so why was this not diagnosed the previous day. He gave some excuse that he couldn't see them with the tires on? Finally on Monday when I went to pick the car up at approximately 5:45pm, I walked into the service area, not a single service liaison looked up from their desk, a gentleman asked me if he could help, I mentioned that I was looking for Mr.Gray, who was pointed out to me sitting at his desk, texting or searching on his cell phone, appearing not wanting to engage with anyone. My invoice was printed out but it was not correct as he hadn't had the tires included , which took about 10 minutes to add. Finally I was able to pay and leave with the car 3 days later than I should have. Throughout the process Mr. Gray offered the minimal help that he could have and made things more difficult and inconvenient than necessary. I will not be back to a Fred Anderson dealership if I can help it and will share my experience with friends and family so they don't suffer a similar experience. More

I was lied to about my truck, it sat for 2 and a half months without getting fixed. They blamed it on the UAW strike. The parts they say was missing, I found them myself from another dealer. I purchased months without getting fixed. They blamed it on the UAW strike. The parts they say was missing, I found them myself from another dealer. I purchased the parts and they still wouldn't give me a exact date, of when my truck will be fixed. They were overcharging me for parts that was paid for thru my warranty company. Waste of time and money without my truck getting FIXED More

When truck was done he didn’t go over anything, just took the seat cover out and walked off. Not going back there again. Even on my paperwork it said I declined an air filter.
