Riding on Sunshine! Yesterday (12/29/15) we traded up our 2012 Nissan LEAF for a 2016 Nissan LEAF- SL. Derek Parker, who introduced us to the 2012 LEAF did his magic, a Yesterday (12/29/15) we traded up our 2012 Nissan LEAF for a 2016 Nissan LEAF- SL. Derek Parker, who introduced us to the 2012 LEAF did his magic, along with MaryLeahy, in making this transaction go as smoothly as I could have possibly hoped for. The 2012 LEAF purchased in Dec 2011, some nearly 25,000 miles ago, was a fun car to drive - it was especially fun every time I passed a gas station without going in - that, coupled with solar panels on our home has saved a bunch of operating $ - in fact, we cut the electric bill in half and are essentially getting free local transportation and doing our thing to help the environment. The extended range/charge on the 2016 LEAF and some other neat new technology features pretty much assure the good times will continue to roll - and the $7500 tax credit come April doesn't hurt. More

Red Rogue I liked my 2008 Rogue, but I wanted the new camera features. And I wanted the car to be red. I used the nissanusa.com to build my dream car - a red Rogue SV with premium package. I had test driven a 2015 Rogue earlier this year at Leith Nissan, so I got regular emails (maybe monthly) from them. When it was finally time to buy a car, I set up an appointment via email. Derek Parker spent about 4 hours with us. We did test drive the car wanted except it wasn't red. Derek patiently went through the many buttons and screens. Wow, there is a lot to learn! He was very helpful and did not talk down to us. We "bought" the car that evening, but Derek had to go to another town to actually get it. Finally, it was time to actually get "my car". Derek walked us through the paperwork and then spent time in the car once again showing us all the "bells and whistles". Ok, some of the warnings could be called bells but there are no actual whistles. I look forward to owning my Red Rogue for a very long time. Derek Parker and Leith Nissan did a great job, especially since they were moving to a new facility at the same time I was buying the car. More

I name my cars after my Dad who is in Heaven (6'4, 230 lbs) because I am his only daughter and I know he is protecting me. I went back to The Pathfinder (third) after being in a Murano for 3.5 years. I can't begin to tell you how helpful Derek is to me, He always takes his time and makes sure that I understand all aspects of buying a car. He knows that I travel a lot with my fulltime job and safety is important to me. I also value the look and the new body style is on point. I am very budget conscious, so Derek found a way to make sure that I got the vehicle that was a perfect fit, I didn't get the color I wanted due to late model year availability, but I am happy with the color he bought in for me (he didn't even have this model in stock). :) Derek is knowledgeable, professional and personable! I can go on and on, but Derek is my salesman since Day 1 and I don't know what I would do without him. He ALWAYS has my back. You really should go see him. Bonnie Grambling, General Manager was very helpful and has always invited me to contact her if I have any issues. I also received free oil changes for life at no additional cost (We told Bonnie what we want). The entire dealership is friendly and we have all become a part of The Nissan Family! :) I can't stop smiling! ?????????? More

I worked with Derek Parker, who has been in the business for many years. He is a pro at all things Nissan. He knows these cars inside and out, what works best for them, and how to prolong their life. We instantly clicked because my name is Derek as well. :-) I have to say that Derek made me feel like family. He was very patient with me and my wife as we made a selection. We didn't think we would purchase a car from Nissan...we were simply doing some research and wanted to test drive the Altima. He was able to provide us with enough information that pretty much matched what I had researched about the car. They want to earn your business, not just get it. They want you to be a client for life. They are very forward thinking and customer centric. They kept in touch with me and didn't overwhelm me with options. They didn't push us to purchase nor used scare tactics. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new car. Their selection is amazing. There's something for everybody. Colors, options, packages...you name it. They even have great dealership incentives such as free oil changes for life. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. More

Incredibly Patient even when it 8 months for me to commit I have nothing but rave reviews for this dealership. My process began back in February when I sent an email about my concerns about buying a Nissan al I have nothing but rave reviews for this dealership. My process began back in February when I sent an email about my concerns about buying a Nissan all electric Leaf. My email was answered by Derek Parker and it was packed with information, but I found the tone a bit off putting. I hadn't been into this dealership yet. Derek immediately sent back an email that apologized and said let me earn your business. In retrospect, I can now see Derek was just being his very through, well-researched and informative self in the email. So, I decided to give him and the dealership a chance and I am so glad I did. I test drove the Nissan in March and then again in the summer. I went from deciding to buy to lease which fit my needs better. Derek was incredibly friendly, approachable, extremely knowledgeable and patient through the MANY months that it took me to make up my mind. I also saw him interact with other customers (including those coming in for repairs), and I was struck by how much of a relationship he had with everyone. Deciding to go all electric is a process and I am very glad that I didn't feel rushed in any way. I know I was one of those customers who needed a lot of handholding and reassurance! His manager Bonnie Gramling was also incredibly helpful, personable and encouraging throughout this process. Derek remained in excellent email contact over the many months and then when I was ready to commit, he was also great. I love my new Nissan and can't imagine going back to a gas car. I found everyone on their sales team to be helpful and very client centered. And, the true test came when I had a tire blowout two weeks after getting my new car. This was unfortunate, but Derek was so helpful when I called him and was so distraught. Also, I am extremely glad that I purchased the 'tire and wheel' protection plan that was offered at the end of my leasing package by their person in finance who was also great. I have been singing the praises of this dealership every since I picked up my lease in Oct. More

You can find such a business at Leith Nissan under the leadership of Assistant General Manager Bonnie Gramling. From the first time you set foot into the dealership to the test drive, whether you're purchasing a new or used car, or having your car serviced, you are treated as a member of the family. I just closed on my seventh Maxima lease, a 2016 Maxima Platinum, which is the third Maxima leased from Leith Nissan. I could not be more pleased with their service , information and care which was given from Derek Parker. Derek has been my Sales Associate for all my past leases. You won't find a more patient , pleasant and knowledgeable Sales Associate anywhere. He is never pushy and explains everything clearly. He is certainly the best. I will definitely be back when my wife's Altima lease comes to term. Again many thanks to Bonnie and Derek for making my purchase a great experience. I would also like to add that Nissan has hit a home run with the 2016 Maxima. Thinking back over the past 6 Maxima's that I leased, none compare to #7, my 2016 Maxima Platinum. Derek is honest and upfront about all details and there are never any high pressure sales pitches to force you into buying anything. They worked with me and my budget (especially Bonnie Gramling) to get to a reasonable payment which enabled me to walk away with a brand new 2016 Maxima. I am absolutely in love with it!
