Do not use this dealership unless you are willing to finance through them (more profit for them). I was dealing with a sales rep for the past few days on a used F-150. I went through the process of detailing my trade-in, getting my loan approved, moving money around, working through my insurance company, etc but they decided to sell to someone else minutes before my loan approval because they decided to finance through the dealership. The customer experience was poor at best. The sales rep disappeared at times and wouldn't reply, which lead to the delay. Strongly suggest against doing business with this place. More

I drove from Tennessee to buy a certified pre-owned F-150. Jacob and the staff were very helpful through the phone and email leading up to my trip. Upon arriving, there were some minor issues that I wanted taken care of on the truck. Jacob was top notch in getting the answers to my questions and requests throughout the process. Dennis (Sales Manager) and Jacob made everything right on our deal for the truck and even took time to buy us dinner before our long drive back home. I recommended these guys because they value you as a customer and not just another dollar leaving the lot. Both gentlemen were honest, respectful, and straightforward during the entire process. They certainly earned my trust and respect. I look forward to future business with them and Krieger Ford. More

They fixed the car up so it was in perfect working condition after carefully listening to my concerns, especially Dennis Fritz. Two years later my doorpost keypad flew off as I was driving on the highway. I went back to speak with Dennis because I was impressed by his commitment during the original purchase. When I explained my problem to him he replied that's not right and he offered to fix it. Immediately he took me to meet Darrell Havener/Auto Body Mgr. Together the 3 of put a plan in action and ordered the part. When I showed up for the appt. I left all set in less than an hour. These guys don't fool around and I've never praised a used car salesman or car dealer in my entire 75 year life. They forever changed my impression about buying a pre-owned car.
