do not go to this dealership. The finance representatives scam people on maintenance packages and ask for first monthly payments when actually reflecting at due at lease signing. Horrible experience! I have never been so humilated by any car dealer in my live. On Saturday when waiting for service I asked the manager to switch TV channel to watch LIVE Presidential public announcement regarding coronavirus on Saturday March 14, 2020. After several managers couldn't make their minds as to the fact how to accommodate my wish I was finally confronted by the general store manager who treated me like I wasn't welcomed there. And the comment made by one of the employees (apparently not a Trump fan) was less than appropriate. I can understand that Lithia Motors Inc. is not a supporter of our President but we have one President at the time and we should honor this tradition. Period. The worst experience when it comes to servicing a high end vehicle. Stay away will rob you blind. Tell you you need things that are not even needed. Horrible Service! I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Joel Castaneda was good but the "sales manager" Dennis Adams is a horrible personal to deal with. I am sur I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Joel Castaneda was good but the "sales manager" Dennis Adams is a horrible personal to deal with. I am surprised he's a sales manager with the way he talks to customers. He makes it sound like its my fault the car that I purchased had issues and that I am the one who chose to get a loaner car newer then the one I purchased. He does NOT know how to talk to customers and because of him alone, I will NOT be returning to this dealership. Avoid at all costs. More
