Very disappointed. I scheduled an appointment online for Thursday at 7:15. When I showed up at 7:10 I waited in line for 10 minutes in the line I was told to. After 15 I scheduled an appointment online for Thursday at 7:15. When I showed up at 7:10 I waited in line for 10 minutes in the line I was told to. After 15 minutes I went to the express lane and saw that there was an unattended loaner car that was blocking the initial lane I was in causing the back up. Once I checked in I waited 10 more minutes to talk to someone about my car. It's now 30 mins past my appointment time and I'm going to be late for work. I got my loaner vehicle and went over my cars issues then was told my car wouldn't be looked at until Friday! Why did I have an appointment for Thursday if they weren't looking at it until Friday? Now I needed to make arrangements for Friday as well. This cost me extra money I didn't plan on spending! That is really upsetting. I would have liked to know before showing up on Thursday that my car was getting bumped. I would have rescheduled. It seemed to me that the workload was more than could be done in a day, so maybe that needs to be addressed. I have never brought my car to the dealership for work, always assumed the prices were high. Now I don't think I'll ever bring it back... too unpredictable. The people were helpful and friendly the issue seems to be the scheduling. More
