Crosstrek purchase from Sam at White Bear Subaru Trepidation shadowed me into the dealership as I began my journey to buy a new car knowing my demographics could mean an unpleasant experience. Just Trepidation shadowed me into the dealership as I began my journey to buy a new car knowing my demographics could mean an unpleasant experience. Just so happened that Sam was working and was professional and showed me what I was looking for without being pushy or presumptive. I went to other dealers but came back to finish the sale with Sam because he demonstrated his experience, professionalism, friendliness and knowledge to make this a good, fair and successful purchase for me.
