Third purchase from this location. Background...I previously bought my first and second vehicle at this location. My third I purchased elsewhere which was a mistake. I ended up in th Background...I previously bought my first and second vehicle at this location. My third I purchased elsewhere which was a mistake. I ended up in the service dept when my third vehicle gave me some issues. I first took it to the location I purchased it from and was told by that location they couldn't help me and I should "go somewhere else". Following that interaction I changed my google review of that location and 10 minutes later the manager of that location called me insisting I come back immediately and they would fix the situation right away. I couldn't get him off the phone so I told him I was currently having the vehicle looked at by another shop and I would call him if I wanted to talk to him directly. He was very pushy to the point where he said he would arrange to have me picked up from my workplace and driven to his location where they could "get me in a car that day and no one else can offer you that." A day later I learned my vehicle was a total loss after a catastrophic engine failure that couldn't be determined. It was not at all what I was expecting to hear and the floor opened up under my feet. Dawn in service was incredibly kind and compassionate despite the situation and offered to refer me to their sales dept because in her words "I'm sure there's something we can do to help you through this." I spoke with Dean in sales who found a vehicle he thought would be a good fit for me. From there I talked to Natalia over the phone who took all my information and proceeded with the financing application. She called me back within the hour and told me everything was ready to go so I went down to the dealership. While she worked on the paperwork I took the vehicle in question out for a drive with Neil Fricker. He went over all the features of the vehicle with none of the pressure to buy you would expect from a typical salesperson. While I was at the dealership the manager at the other location continued to call AND text me repeatedly with messages like "I haven't heard back from you". I did not answer any of the calls or texts. Leduc Chrysler let me know the vehicle I was looking to buy needed a new battery and to be detailed so they needed one more day to have it ready but they provided me with a loaner vehicle in the meantime. True to their word, my vehicle was ready the next day a few hours earlier than anticipated. Christina handed me the keys with a smile and asked me how I felt things had gone. I told her honestly this experience was just as good if not better than the first two times I had purchased a vehicle at this location. I drove home that night in my new vehicle and for the first time in days felt utterly relieved. I can not say thank you enough for the care and compassion I received during this purchase. It reminded me of when I bought my 2nd vehicle and the salesman would call every 6 months to if I still liked my Jeep. That's just the kind of people that work here I think. Side note: the calls and texts from the previous location continued after I drove away in my new Jeep to the point that I had to block the number on my phone to make them stop. More

Awesome experience with Cory. We recently purchased our new Ram truck at Leduc Chrysler. Prior to purchase we called the dealership and asked for Cory McMullen. As he was not there We recently purchased our new Ram truck at Leduc Chrysler. Prior to purchase we called the dealership and asked for Cory McMullen. As he was not there at the time the call was forwarded to his cell. Although, he was already at home for the day he immediately returned to the dealership to meet with us. He was exceptionally friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted and was able to quickly zero in on the right truck for us. We are very pleased with our new vehicle and the overall experience with everyone we dealt with at Leduc Chrysler. We highly recommend Cory McMullen for your next vehicle purchase. Ralph & Cathy More

Super friendly and helpful! My family has been going to this dealership for years and we’ve always been treated well. Just recently I had my car brought it for an oil change and My family has been going to this dealership for years and we’ve always been treated well. Just recently I had my car brought it for an oil change and Dawn was very friendly and easy to deal with in the service centre. Afterwards I figured I should bring up that my car decided it wanted to teach me Italian and switched my notification language and I had no idea how to fix it and Christina was super quick and super helpful with showing me where to change that too! Thanks so much for your help guys!! More
