I had an emergency with my vehicle 1. 5 hours away from home & when I arrived I was greeted with the most caring customer service I have ever experienced. I had a very grumpy 4 year old w 5 hours away from home & when I arrived I was greeted with the most caring customer service I have ever experienced. I had a very grumpy 4 year old with me & the staff went above & beyond trying to tame the situation by offering pizza, bringing new colouring pages and even offered to get her stuff out of the vending machine! They were very busy & still managed to get me in as fast as they could! More

Had an issue with my 2022 Pacifica, I called the service department, they got me in same day and fixed the issue free of cost. My wife was also at my home with our children while I was at work, they arrang department, they got me in same day and fixed the issue free of cost. My wife was also at my home with our children while I was at work, they arrange to drop off my van at my house. I was very impressed with Chuck and the other staff I spoke with. Will continue to use them for service and future vehicle purchases. More

Dawn in the service department went way above and beyond to help us with our truck. It was really refreshing to deal with someone who so obviously cares about the customer. Big shout out to her. Would also like to shout out to Natalia finance manager who also went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive outcome and experience. She not only helped us with the finance, but reached out to get us a better price on a hitch and had Christina go over the truck with us (who also did a great job).
