I had the best experience at Universal Hyundai. David was awesome! Super friendly and very attentive to our wants and needs. We weren't there to buy a super fancy car and expected to be pressured and gouged awesome! Super friendly and very attentive to our wants and needs. We weren't there to buy a super fancy car and expected to be pressured and gouged at every turn. David narrowed down some great candidates within our budget, and even did a side by side comparison of a couple cars. After we narrowed what we thought was our best choice, took a test drive and absolutely loved the car. Even the baseline models have so many new standard features that but my 5 year old car to shame, and a 3 years of oil changes, rotation and roadside assistance! Totally awesome! David was able to multitask to assess our trade-in and put together multiple options for financing that kept the payment withing budget. Within 2-3 hours on the lot, I had a great car,, a reasonable trade-in value, secured financing, and signed all the papers. I know it is hard to say that all that can happen within 2-3 hours with no pressure, but it all went so smooth. My best experience ever with buying a brand new car. I am so happy with our decision, and I couldn't have asked for a more dedicated salesman. He truly got us everything we wanted and more. David went above and beyond all of my expectations. Great job team, and thank you for all the great service. More
