I had a good experience with the salesperson but that is where it ended. It was awful after she handed me off to financing, or even working with the sales manager on an issue with the vehicle of interest. T where it ended. Their biggest profit seems to be getting you to finance through them with their affiliated banks. They were dishonest with me regarding financing - it was manipulative and desperate. They asked that I return the car because I didn't want to work with their bank. I had my own financing lined up. Are they in the business of selling Mazda vehicles or customer loans? Is this their sales culture? I always stayed away from the small used lots, but they are pulling the same tactics. Be aware of Car Bushing tactics and protect yourself with your own financing. Don't rush to take the vehicle home! More

Mazda of Gladstone had a large variety of models, trims, and colors available making it easier to find what you like. The sales team was very helpful and welcoming. We said we needed time to think about what we want and there was zero pushback from the team, like, “what can I do to get you to buy a car now?” Bob, our salesman, and the sales team made a great impression with their customer service. After we bought the perfect car from them, Bob checked in once in a while to ask how we enjoyed the car. It was a very pleasant experience. More

I had come in to Gladstone Mazda for service on my 2016 Mazda and was browsing at new and used Mazdas to kill time and had some good conversations with multiple staff, in particular salesperson Ed.He found a great deal on a car that he thought I might like and I wound up with a trade-in and a new car sitting my driveway, deal complete, that same day. I recommend Gladstone Mazda and hopefully maybe you’ll get to meet Edward. God guy and good people. Thanks! More
