Everytime I go it's a long wait (with appointment). I've been waiting on several parts for a year now. No one ever knows what I'm talking about. 10:30 oil change appointment. Was told it might take an hour. After 1.5 hours I noticed my vehicle hadn't even been moved in for service. I inquired about it and it was moved Was told it might take an hour. After 1.5 hours I noticed my vehicle hadn't even been moved in for service. I inquired about it and it was moved in and completed by 1:15 - 1:30 pm. I didn't expect it to take approximately 3 hours since I had an appointment time and I also had a 3-hour round trip drive. More

When I drove my new 2022 Kia Soul off the lot on Friday the touch screen radio was not working and also found the one outlet was not working. Although it took a little while because all the parts were back the touch screen radio was not working and also found the one outlet was not working. Although it took a little while because all the parts were back ordered. They kept me posted on what was happening. As soon as they were able to get those parts, they got me in and replaced audio system and outlet. Happy to say they stayed right on top of the situation. More
