The absolute worst car service experience I have ever had in my entire life at your dealership. I have serviced all my vehicles at this dealership for a long time and this was not expected at all. I reached in my entire life at your dealership. I have serviced all my vehicles at this dealership for a long time and this was not expected at all. I reached out a week in advance to schedule the appointment and I provided all the documents for warranty and maintenance contracts so that there wouldn't be any issues when I drop the car off. All was verified!!! When I reached the dealership on the day of the appointment, Ashley greated me and asked what I was there for. Once I told her I needed to drop the car off for wheel repair, she said the driver is out sick and we can't bring you home. When I insisted that can you please arrange for someone else to drop me off because I had taken a day off from work to get my car serviced, she became visibly annoyed and became very rude. Thankfully Jonathan was nearby and overheard our conversation and helped get me a ride home. Soon after I got home, Ashley reached out to tell me that the wheel repair was not covered and I would have to pay out of pocket. I provided the wheel repair contract again and asked her to check. Nothing for the rest of the weekend, and same issue again on Monday that the wheel was not covered and I need to pay out of pocket if I want to pick up my car. I said I will bring the contract with me if my car is ready to be picked up and she said yet. When I arrived on Monday around 11:30 AM, the oil change had not even started. When I asked why my car was not ready for pick up, she said it happens at times that we get backed up and to stop giving her a hard time. Then I saw my car was brought in and the oil change was completed in about 8 minutes....Not sure what was really done. As I was ready to leave, Ashley proceeded to tell me that the dealership threw in a free oil change for all my troubles and when I reminded her that the oil change was part of my maintenance contract already, she threw the papers at Jonathan and left. He was only trying to help. I was told that I will get my paperwork emailed to me once completed but I had to reach out to Jonathan today a full week later to get the paperwork mailed to me. More

I am not putting any responsibility at this time on dealership but I need to get this proble researched between the dealership and a Honda corporate. Brought my car in for servicing on Thursday August 31st. Techs told me both of my rear tires needed to be replaced due to a belt shift. I got both rear tires replaced only to find out I was given the incorrect diagnosis. I’ve been calling in to speak to a manager for over a week now and nobody has called me back. My car is still in need of repairs. They’ll take your money but won’t fix your vehicles problem nor call you back. If I were you, I’d bring my car in for service to legit any other place in the state. First and last time I ever trust Liberty Honda again. More
