William is great! He is honest and works very hard to make sure he does his best to try to get you what you want and if he cant he will tell you rather than lead you on. He also takes the time to get to make sure he does his best to try to get you what you want and if he cant he will tell you rather than lead you on. He also takes the time to get to know you and connects with you. Just like myself, he owns a motorcycle and enjoys to ride! He loves his family and shared some memories of his wife. This made me feel the most connected. William makes shopping for a vehicle fun. He really connects with his buyers. I couldnt of asked for a better Salesman. Neil is also someone you want to work with. He will do whatever he can to make sure you leave happy. Darren, as i was signing papers he also connecting with me about his family and kids. This is important. I had a great experience and highly recommend all 3 of these guys. More

Everything from the details on the website about the car including detailed car fax report to signings of paperwork was as seamless as I have ever seen. The Sullivan brothers should be very proud of the team and process they have put together. Special recognition goes to John Diaz for his efforts. It started with him taking my daughter on an original test drive and showing her how to drive stick. Then he had the car we bought ready on our test drive Saturday morning and did a great job going over the details of the Jeep. He went through all the paperwork and when we came back to pick it up and do our trade the whole process was less than 30 minutes because everything was ready to go. We compared Jeeps with the exact options and sticker price and nobody came close to North West Hills. They saved us $80.00 a month and the staff was far more professional than the staff at the other Dealerships. We bought our previous Jeep here and will be back when we need the next one. I'll be back in a year or so when I buy my next Pick up truck too. Thanks to Matt Dehler, Steve Boswell and Darren Schwartz for a great buying experience. We'll be back. More

Bill Reudgen was far and away an excellent Salesman. I was able to text him and always, without exaggeration, get a response within 5 minutes. The entire financing procedure was very straight forward without any hidden fees, Darren Schwartz was very professional. This is my second Jeep purchase from Northwest Hills. The first was a new 2012 Jeep Rubicon that had some significant mechanical issues that were fully and competently taken care of at that time. Because of my excellent experience six years ago this made my decision automatic in returning to Northwest Hills for my new Jeep Rubicon purchase. More

Like the "old" days dealing with a local small town dealership. They do everything to make you comfortable. Bill takes all the time necessary to go through all the vehicle's options and functions! The GM Steve was great to deal with also and answered any questions or concerns. The financial manager Darren was great too. He went over everything and explained everything. Everyone works as part of a "team" so that you have a great buying experience. The truck was prepped beautifully. The prep guys seem to take a lot of pride in their work. I definitely will recommend Northwest Hills Dealerships! I actually bought a Chevy Colorado from Bill. I selected Jeep below because that was the 1st vehicle we purchased. More

NWH Experience Made appointment with Jason over the phone at GMC. He called me back asking if I could come in after 3 instead of 2 so he could be available to meet Made appointment with Jason over the phone at GMC. He called me back asking if I could come in after 3 instead of 2 so he could be available to meet with me. I did and when I arrived he passed me over to Leonard and he didn’t have a customer with him for the rest of the night so it wasn’t the best first impression. Leonard was great but I felt the communication could have been better. It was my understanding Roger was running my credit and I’d find out the details shortly. After waiting 30 minutes I was told it would be best to leave a deposit and Roger would call me tomorrow after he runs my application and to make an appointment to sign the paperwork. It was 4 pm and I was really excited to take home a brand new car! I left there feeling unsure if I made the right decision. But I got a call back and was approved within 5 minutes after sharing my concerns. I’ve been in sales for many years and customer service makes all the difference. I did have a great experience with Leonard and Darren who were knowledgeable and fantastic! They helped turn things around and felt great about my purchase and answered my questions. More
