They were informative and friendly and never pushy. I loved my first Edge so much that I returned recently to lease my second one!! As I expected Les knew exactly what I would want and I got an unbelievable lease rate!! Picked up the new one yesterday and filed all the paperwork with Darren Hollonger who even came in on his day off!!! I appreciate their effort and friendly service and would definitely recommend Capitol Ford to friends and family! More

He put in a lot of efford and made sure that I was walking away with my vehicle that day. All in all it was a great experience with the Ford dealership. I was in the market for a new car (small crossover segment) and after a lengthy research period the clear winner was the 2014 Escape, I had a very spe I was in the market for a new car (small crossover segment) and after a lengthy research period the clear winner was the 2014 Escape, I had a very specific trim etc in mind and I felt that aside from actually taking the car for a spin that I pretty much knew all there was to know.. Wrong, Ryan was incredibly helpfull throughout the buying process. I was fairly jaded about buying a new car and what the sales experience was going to be like, well I can now say that dealing with the fine staff at Capitol has completely erassed this feeling. I knew about what the car did walking in but Ryan showed brought me up to speed on the reality of owning and operating the vehicle. He also helped me get the best possible price for my trade as well as the new car as well as the term I was comfortable with, Darren was also very friendly and easy to deal with on the finance side of things. Never thought id be in a Ford and now I can't imagine having bought anything but, I absolutley love my Black Escape Titanium! Feels like a luxury SUV without the luxury pricetag. Top shelf service and product knowledge as well as value! Well done. More

My wife and I were in need of a second vehicle. After mulling it over for a few months, I had created a short list of cars I thought would be suitable which included a Ford Fiesta. I had spotted in one o mulling it over for a few months, I had created a short list of cars I thought would be suitable which included a Ford Fiesta. I had spotted in one on Capital's website and we went to look at it. We arrived at the dealership and were promptly introduced to Philip. Even though we knew what we wanted we basically told him what we were looking for and what we wanted to pay. He started pulling up cars that fit the bill, and ended recommending the 2013 Ford Focus as the Fiesta may have been what we wanted but it was not what we needed. It is worth noting I do not feel the Focus was recommended only in order to up-sell a bigger sale, the fact is the Fiesta we had came to look at would not fulfill our needs and Philip Identified that. We test drove a similar model Focus to the one we would be purchasing and decided this was the car for us. The one we wanted needed to be shipped in, and there was no pressure for us to drive off the lot in a car that evening. We were then introduced to Darren Hollinger to help us out with financing. We had an interest rate which he needed to beat in order for us to merit financing the vehicle and he was able to do just that. The car was still in the process of being shipped from out of Province. Philip provided us with weekly updates until the car arrived. We now have had the car for a few days and have been impressed by it so far. I am not a Ford guy, I have never been a Ford guy and never thought I would be a Ford guy. Time will tell if my 2013 Focus makes me a Ford guy, but the experience I have had with Capital Ford Lincoln thus far has been nothing short of excellent, as their other reviews will tell you. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly and accommodating, and I hope over time that I like my Ford enough to merit purchasing another vehicle from Capital Ford Lincoln because I have had nothing short of a stellar experience dealing with them. Other dealerships should take note of what Capital Ford Lincoln is doing for their customers. You should never have to dread interacting with a car dealership and at Capital Ford I do not think you ever will. More

i came in here to trade in my ford escape 08 into something newer and fancier. i met with joe who took me on two test drives. i had reservations about the first car and i was impressed when he did no something newer and fancier. i met with joe who took me on two test drives. i had reservations about the first car and i was impressed when he did not try to push it on me even though it would have been a "greater" sale in value but rather he acknowledged my fears and we took another car for a spin and i was sold! the experience i had with joe was awesome and i was glad i worked with him! then i went on to meet Jarrod (for the second time as i bough my escape from here! i tried to squeeze him as much as i could but he won in the end! lol). As always it was a pleasure working with Jarrod who then passed me on the the finance manager which was an equally good experience! I really do recommend CapitalFordLincoln as i have always had no complaints and will always be a repeat customer here! More
