Service I have been to this dealership several times, and whenever I deal with employees other than Darrell, my experience is awful. It is not uncommon to be ignored when you first enter, be met with poor customer service, to have your vehicle dirtied, or items in your vehicle messed with during servicing. Fortunately, Darrell's willingness to rectify issues and pick up for others' slack, is the only reason I continue to frequent this dealership. Terrible communication Every time I come to this dealership for the most simple things (tire rotation, oil change) I have a ridiculous wait even with a appointment. They continually fail to keep customers informed on why it takes over two hours for simple service. It is truly an unprofessional experience. I have free oil changes for the life of my vehicle but I would rather go elsewhere because of the wait time. I love my vehicle but the service is terrible. Darrell is the only one who I have experienced that will come out and give you a straight answer. More
