I didn't feel that way when working with John Skovron. He was easy to talk to and share pros and cons of the Jeep Rubicon I was planning to purchase. He walked me thru all the aspects and I felt more educated than convinced as to why that was the vehicle for me. He was patient and no question was too silly to address. Not only did I enjoy working with John, but Luda, the Finance Manager was a pleasure also to work with. My experience exceeded my expectations. More

Shady Business Practices Buyers Beware! This place is shady! Let me start by saying that this is the third Jeep purchased in our family because we LOVE Jeep. With that bein Buyers Beware! This place is shady! Let me start by saying that this is the third Jeep purchased in our family because we LOVE Jeep. With that being said, Ourisman Chysler Jeep of Clarksville has been our WORST experience EVER! Finance sales manager, Danny Pak set the stage by first negotiating a deal that he reneged on the following day. We were unaware of a price increase until the papers were printed out. When Danny was questioned about the price agreed upon the night before, he couldn’t recall.. Not only did he lie, but was rude about it. Another manager was sent to speak with us with new papers in hand. He explained the breakdown of the price plus the incentives. However, the price had increased even more, right before our eyes! We left that day without the purchase of a vehicle, but returned a couple days later after the GM re-negotiated a price. We had a pre-approved loan from our bank. However, we were strongly encouraged to use their financing for an extra incentive. We agreed since we wanted to compare. Their financing came back with a 14.16 percent interest rate with an above 700 credit score! What a ripoff!!!!! Against my better judgement, we purchased the vehicle anyway using financing from our bank, but I will never purchase from here again. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! SHADY SHADY SHADY!!!!! More

I told her what I wanted. few minutes later she called back. they had one in stock but red. told her no red. next day she texted and said she found white one. I was like , ok. went to dealership 2 days later unannounced and was ready to buy. the truck was at different location. had to come back next day because it was getting dark. I was on the dealerships website and saw another model color . black one. called over and told them I wanted black instead. to make story short, they were very accommodating. took longer than usual to come to a good price but was reached. Maggie sales person wasawesome. Kevin was great as well. More

Bought a dodge durango and the salesman told us they would fix the rattling noise as well as the crack in the rear panel. Took it in for service and they couldn't find noise and ordered part said they would look at it again. Called a month later and part was in(which nobody called to tell us) took car back they found what was causing noise but now we have to pay to fix it and funny the part wasnt there and guess what neither was our salesman. So we got screwed and they didn't fix a thing. Please dont buy anything from them ever you will be given the run around. Don't trust them and our satellite radio isn't working either. Needless to say fingers crossed nothing else goes wrong. More

I arrived at the dealership and was on my way in about 30 minutes. Couldn't be happier with the minivan and the service. I had a little issue with my tags (being out of state) and Danny from the dealership heard me out and got it fixed within the day. Would definitely recommend my friends buy out of state for the price and service. More
