Very please with the Service Director Daniel Patterson Had an issue with the version of the GPS software. Daniel stayed on the issue and promised to followup with more information in near future. Outstanding dealership that makes want to come back. After purchasing a Kia Optima from Greenville Kia, I was given a tour of the service dep't and was impressed by their personnel and the overall appea After purchasing a Kia Optima from Greenville Kia, I was given a tour of the service dep't and was impressed by their personnel and the overall appearance of the service dep't. Enough so, I brought my Chevy Impala in to have them look for an oil leak I was experiencing on that car. They are very efficient and were actually driving my car into a service bay to get started on the work, before we even finished with the paperwork. They found the problem, explained it, and fixed it right away. I find this service department to be top notch and will give them my business in the future. More

Great Service & Fixed An Issue With Another Dealership! A little backstory... Back in September I took my Kia Optima to another dealership in order to fix a small issue with the driver's door handle. The A little backstory... Back in September I took my Kia Optima to another dealership in order to fix a small issue with the driver's door handle. The part took weeks to come in and then it needed to be painted. Went in to pick up my car and the paint didn't match! Had them repaint it again the next week and they still couldn't get it right. Then comes in Kia of Greenville... I called Chris Bateman and the service manager Daniel Patterson and they were willing to take a look at the issue that was created by the other dealership. That in and of itself sums up the great customer service that you receive at Kia of Greenville. They came up with a solution to replace the door handle with a used Optima they had on the lot. They simply DID NOT have to do this. They could have easily said "I'm sorry, you'll have to take this back to the other Kia dealership", but they were willing and able to promptly fix my issue. I would highly recommend this dealership for service. More

Great service from all the guys in the service department I needed a letter written and Daniel Patterson was very willing and able to help. We worked together to get the letter written to the Florida folks who need my vin number verified and needed a record of an odometer reading. Daniel was professional, efficient, and kind.
