happy new CR-V owner Needed a new car to replace my 28 year old car. Decided on a Honda CR-V and had an excellent experience finding and buying my new CR-V at AutoPark in Needed a new car to replace my 28 year old car. Decided on a Honda CR-V and had an excellent experience finding and buying my new CR-V at AutoPark in Cary, NC. The entire search and purchase experience was outstanding at AutoPark, both with internet support of Darnell Daley and Chris Duncan's excellent help in researching, test driving, finding, and buying the car. The entire staff I encountered at AutoPark were friendly, professional, and not pushy - they wanted to help me get the car that was right for me. Highly recommend AutoPark Honda. More

Pleasant buying, nightmare service Love Hondas and we have dealt with honda dealerships all over the county. I will not recommend this dealership for service. There is some kind of di Love Hondas and we have dealt with honda dealerships all over the county. I will not recommend this dealership for service. There is some kind of diconnect between the scheduling dept and service people. This is our second time bringing our vehicle in for service since our purchase. Both instances have been for warranty or recall work. The first time I followed my husband to leave the car and when he got there they said he was not in the system for an appointment. The service person was able to work him in since we chose to leave the car for the day. This time i called on monday and was scheduled for friday at 10:15. Explained to person this was for a big recall and based on honda car needed to stay at least half a day. I would need a loaner if this was the case. She said service person would determine if I rated one when I arrived for the service being done. Arrived for appt on friday and asked about loaner. Then sevrvice person said they only have 15 available each day and it is first come first serve. Of course by 10 in morning they are gone. I live 30 minutes away and needed to pick up a preschool child at 1. He would not have time to get anything done. He said he had a loaner vehicle coming in on saturday and would call me to confirm that it was available for me on Monday. I called him at 5:15 saturday after not hearing from him. Dept. closed at 4 pm and no one was available. Only manager available was sales manager who basically told me he would pass this along to Todd the service manager on Monday. He said so when I call back I could ask for Todd. I explained that I will not be calling back to speak to anyone since they apparently are not worried about setting me up for Mondays appt. He can get my number from his service guy Daniel and pass that along to Todd. In the meantime I will be driving farther and finding a new Honda dealership who cares about my business and service. More

I especially appreciate the Johanna in finance, whom saw my rate from another provider and beat that rate by several percentage points. Thus saving me even MORE money! I'm proud of my purchase, but even more thankful for David and the team for such a great buying experience. More

Thank you Peter Gazzard for your great and calm approach to helping me buy the beautiful charcoal metallic grey 2013 Honda Civic for my flight instruction business. It will be a classy way to travel and keep my fuel and upkeep cost much lower than most alternatives. I am so having fun using the my cell phone and all the safe technology options while driving. It is just very cool. Everytime I get into drive, I am reminded of the perfect fit that Honda delivers along with Autopark Honda and yourself. The sales and service staff including Eldwin Breeden and Charlie Bruce (who spent quite a bit of his personal time to listen to me and my family as we meandered through the new car purchase process). Oh and yes, it goes beyond that, with Kevin Mill's jumping in to rectify a brake problem on my wife's, Jill, certified pre-owned 2007 Honda Accord purchased at Autopark. And Edwin, did I mention him. My wife and kids think he is apart of our family. Autopark is such a preference for all four of our Honda's that we always got our Toyota Sienna serviced there when it was allowed of course. More
