They never try to up sell me on things I may not need, and when they do point out additional items, they offer but don't push it. Cost is same as local guy and quality has been great. More

Zero stars -Horrible service and Kelly was responsible for damage to my 2020 Wrangler which Dan Moyer, service manager, has refused to take responsibility. During the service , I was actually told that t for damage to my 2020 Wrangler which Dan Moyer, service manager, has refused to take responsibility. During the service , I was actually told that the technician was not familiar with how to repair my 2020 wrangler because it was too new??? Really? After 5 days, I picked up my vehicle which had less then 3k miles with a dent in the drivers side. I have asked for the vehicle incoming condition/inspection reports and video, however Dan and his team can not provide. They have, however, told me they could not have done it. Unbelievable!!! Please help me Chrysler with this horrible situation More

I LOVE KELLY JEEP! I have been buying and servicing there for years. The reasons why are the staff. Dave in the service dept who Always helps me is quick and very efficient. Couldn’t be happier He went to the dealership with the intention of “just looking“ for a new car. We were approached by the salesman Jim who is more than happy to assist He went to the dealership with the intention of “just looking“ for a new car. We were approached by the salesman Jim who is more than happy to assist us even though we had no intention of purchasing a car that day. Jim took the time to show us available vehicles that we were looking for and explain each car to us. We found one that had everything we were looking for and Jim was able to make it happen. We were able to drive off the lot with our new car in a few short hours. The dealership has been excellent from start to finish and beyond. We would definitely recommend Kelly for anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
