Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Sales staff was not pushy, but they did have to "nudge" us at times. The end result was we bought a little more car then we originally intended. Great experience from start to finish. Derek Taylor was really helpful and adapted easily to my style of negotiation, which is largely low touch. Cliff (the finance manager) was really great too--we were in and out of the dealership within an hour or so. Painless, positive experience, which is something I have NEVER said about buying a car. This was the first time I didn’t finance through the dealer. It made the experience flawless, Derek was great in and out in less then an hour and half. Derek took care of the few issues I found on the truck. I would highly recommend Kelly Motors and Derek, I would also recommend financing through a bank versus the dealership. Saves time and effort.
