Toyota of Rockwall / Service Department Thank you to the service department for Toyota of Rockwall. The service department is always prompt in responding, once your vehicle arrives. Then, a courtesy van takes me to work at the nearby Rockwall County Courthouse. The van will even come pick me up at the Courthouse for a return trip to the dealership to pick up our vehicle. My recent service experience at Rockwall Toyota Excellent service I was greeted upon pulling into the service drive at this nice, clean facility. Advisor took interest in my problem with my truck an Excellent service I was greeted upon pulling into the service drive at this nice, clean facility. Advisor took interest in my problem with my truck and kept me informed during the entire process. This is a green facility, saving environmental waste impact, waiting facilities and restrooms were clean and inviting when the work was concluded my truck's problem has been repaired I recommend Rockwall Toyota Service Department.
