The service consultant, (Dan) is very knowledgeable and concerned for the customer's satisfaction. While doing the intake report on the reason I was bringing my truck in for service he asked me if I was planning to wait because it was going to take a lot longer than I was figuring and he didn't want me to waste my day sitting around the showroom. He had already arranged for a rental (no charge) until the work was completed. Dan called me that afternoon and told me the work was done but they wanted to keep the truck overnight to do a recheck of the truck in the morning and they would call me when it was done. As it turned out my warranty was about to expire and Dan caught it so that the work was covered. I WILL BE BACK FOR ALL MY SERVICE NEEDS More

I'm a young girl and I feel that they try to take advantage. In the past I had good experiences until recently. I have had a crack thermostat housing unit replaced and another time recently I had a water pump re In the past I had good experiences until recently. I have had a crack thermostat housing unit replaced and another time recently I had a water pump repalced. Both of these parts were covered under warranty. They did not look into them being covered under warranty until I asked and the second time insisted. Two different service associates tried to get me to pay $150 for fluids.... They needed to replace these fluids when changing the parts each time. I refused to pay both times and yet my fluids we're still replaced. The 2 ND time I came in was for the thermostat housing unit and the service associate tried to tell me I needed brake pads and rotors right then and if I didn't get them within a week it would be dangerous. I got 2 other mechanics to look at my brakes and both said I had half my brake pad life left. None of them knew each other. I'm sick of walking in there n having to have my guard up because I feel that I will be taken advantage of. Everyone, think really hard and get a second opinion before just saying yes for them to fix something that's "broken" More

Side detection faults-repaired. I came in for a side detection fault code and thought I had selected "wait for it" on the scheduler. It turned out that I selected "drop off". Great experience as always I took my '11 Equinox in for a checkup on the oil consumption checklist that I started with Dan when I bought the vehicle in the summer of 2017. Dan h I took my '11 Equinox in for a checkup on the oil consumption checklist that I started with Dan when I bought the vehicle in the summer of 2017. Dan had previously educated me on what exactly to look for and what to do in regards to this recall. He gave me a check sheet and his business card, in case I needed anything. He looked at the notes that I had filled out monthly/every oil change and determined that the vehicle did fall under the coverage for the recall. I didn't have to do anything else from there on. He asked me what kind of rental I wanted, since the dealer was covering it, and I got into a nice Silverado for a few days while they handled it. He kept me informed of who was working on it and how much longer it would be, and then called when it was ready. I had also asked them to check to see if there were any software updates or recalls for the transmission, since it was shifting horribly, and he said they'd check. When I picked it up, he let me know that they had indeed performed a programming update for the transmission, and the difference in how it shifts is like night and day. I'm glad the repairs were done quickly and competently, it's like having a new vehicle. Dan and the rest of the folks at Bob Johnson always go out of their way to take care of me, and I haven't been disappointed - ever. They alone are probably a huge reason why I will continue buying GM products from this location, and this location only. Jessica is a great asset to the dealership as well. She makes customers feel welcome and that their vehicle is in good hands. More
