Service good but SLOW. Service department is good but, having an appointment there seems to mean nothing to them. I had an appointment to have tire pressure checked, and ha Service department is good but, having an appointment there seems to mean nothing to them. I had an appointment to have tire pressure checked, and have the service light reset, little over 2 hours. Once my car made it into a bay, it was out 10-15 minutes later. I ended up talking with 2 other customers saying the same thing. This is the second time my biggest complaint with them has been speed when you have an appointment. How about dedicating a number of techs to appointments and then not overbook. More

Unexpected We went in for service on our 2011 Elantra and walked out with a 2020 Elantra. We were both very happy with our 2011 but wanted the addition of the s We went in for service on our 2011 Elantra and walked out with a 2020 Elantra. We were both very happy with our 2011 but wanted the addition of the safety features of the newer models. We love the new car. Before we even left to pick our 2011 up from service we received a call from Dan Forsey telling us he saw that we brought the car in and were we in the market for a new car. Dan sold us our 2011 8 years ago. We’d been thinking about it but did’t think we were ready yet. Dan was extremely helpful and informative. Needless to say, we are really happy with the new car.
