Excellent service department! I will not take my Suburban anywhere else. They will listen to your concerns, try and figure out the problem and have excellent communication. They will let you know what your vehicle needs without pressure to do services that don’t apply to the current problem… no heavy upselling or dismissal if your budget can’t fit all of what they recommend. Our family needed a vehicle that has more room but at an affordable price for us. Emissions System sensor failure. The failed sensor was covered under warranty (but different section than I expected) and since they had the part in stock they were able to complete the repair quickly and under warranty. More
