Pete Wheeler, we facilitated your lease buy-out purchase for you at our expense. You sent us a time-sensitive check from your credit union that could have been sent directly to General Motors. Taxes and plates as a courtesy were done for you all with a time deadline for compliance with the state. You were abusive to everyone in the dealership starting with the cashier. You refused to come in and sign the time-sensitive tax forms, bill of sale, and plate forms. We called you several times over a two-week period and you curse us and yelled at us over the phone. You came in with the same angry demeanor and were still happy to help you. This review only shows that no good deeds go unpunished with you. Everybody was so scared of you that in our rush to get you out we gave you the wrong plates. We did fix that and apologized.

Refused to come sign time sensitive tax forms? I bought my lease out 30 days before it expired. At the time of this review I still have 12 days to purchase my lease. The check was sent to you, because you gave me a bill of sale. Trust me I would have done anything in my power to avoid dealing with your business again. Odd that we never spoke over the phone. I have the text messages to prove it. I have never once dealt with your cashier. You received a check in the mail why would I deal with your cashier? This response proves that your business is a joke. Lol the cashier….

Yes, time-sensitive forms are dated with the bill of sale we gave you for your credit union. We have to pay your taxes and submit your registration to the State within 20 days of that date on the bill of sale or pay a penalty. Yes, you refused to come and do this! You went out of your way to make this process difficult and insulted as many people as you could who had to process this paperwork free for you. We try not to respond to difficult people like you but your untruthful reviews will be answered publicly if this is your chosen preferred forum.

Just so everyone on this forum is on the same page. My credit Union sent the check via mail and the forms were signed within 5 days of me receiving notice of Rizza receiving the check. And as some reading this may or may not understand the price of the lease is a contract that does not change regardless of the time the bill of sale was offered. My car was going to be a pre determined price wether or not Rizza had to issue me a new bill of sale or not. With that said, my occupation demands my time and I am on call 24/7 all of which your sales rep was aware of and verbally understanding of. Again clearly documented in my conversations with your sales rep via text messages. Im sure the credit union would have had no issues voiding the first check and sending a new one if any time sensitive issues were to arise all things considering. I’m still wondering who your cashier is that I abused (I would assume verbally) during this process. I spoke with two people throughout this process Dan and the finance manager once on the phone to clarify my buy out options in which I was directed to contact GM financial directly and I have proof of that call as well. The rest of my contact with Rizza staff was done via text through your sales rep. The only three times I have stepped foot in your establishment were to receive my car in 2019, to receive the bill of sale from my lease contract one month ago and to sign the paperwork a week ago. All three times I have only spoken directly to your sales rep, sales manager and GM in 2019 (during the lease process) and in 2022 your sales rep to retrieve the bill of sales and your finance guy to sign the paperwork. I believe you may be confusing me with another customer. I would be happy to share the text threads between your sales rep and I if you would like to investigate this matter more. I’m actually not even sure who I am speaking with now. This whole matter makes me laugh because it is all clearly documented and is as easy as asking your salesman for the information before jumping to conclusions. Making false claims against me being abusive to staff members I never met or dealt with is a sad response to a bad online review not to mention just flat out unprofessional. Again if you would like to continue making these claims without doing your research I would advise you to have your GM contact me for a copy of my conversations with your sales rep. My original review was on the lack of character and skill of the employees I dealt with which represents Rizza as a whole. I was expressing that there is a negative culture issue going on and that the customer is not top priority for Rizza. This culture issue is apparent through your response.
