Sterotypical Shady Dealership I wish I could rate this dealer less than 1 star for how terrible my experience with them has been. This dealership is an absolute joke. My husband an I wish I could rate this dealer less than 1 star for how terrible my experience with them has been. This dealership is an absolute joke. My husband and I worked (I use that term loosely since he never seemed to be at work) with a salesman named Will in the out of state purchase of a vehicle. First off, we found out too late that he had no idea what he was doing and blatantly lied on several occasions regarding our purchase. We were looking at several vehicles and potentially having them shipped to our location and at first, things seemed to be moving smoothly. He agreed to an “out the door” price match the vehicle at Grand Subaru for a similar vehicle to persuade us into purchasing from him over another dealer and get everything processed for us as quickly as possible since we were without a vehicle. Sounds great, right? WRONG! It took almost a month of constantly calling the dealership, waiting for paperwork that they never sent out on time, never getting a call back from Will or anyone else in the company, and being sent to the back of the line for help over newer in-store customers, to finally figure out what was going on with the purchase. When we finally heard from someone in upper managerment, we thought the worst was behind us. The vehicle was shipped out (finally) and we were pleased with the actual vehicle....knowing that we would never have to deal with this circus of a dealership again. Flash forward 3 weeks, I reach out to management that we still haven’t received the tags or registration for the vehicle. He did some research and told me that due to a shipping issue, I needed to go to our local UPS store to pick up the package. No problem. I get the package, and there’s no tags?! We were shipped a package with instructions to go to the DMV to register the vehicle ourselves and they even included the previous owner’s title (including the owners name and address). Also, we were then told that Sales Tax for the vehicle was not included because we were out of state....even though this was never mentioned and the original salesman Will included this in the price when he so nicely price matched “out the door” for the competitor’s vehicle. We were purposefully lied to so that we would purchase from this dealer instead of getting the same vehicle at another dealership. In all of our multiple issues and conversations with various managers NO ONE ever stated that there would be an issue with their dealership lumping the sales tax into the amount we financed this vehicle for. We finally got ahold of the GSM Brian and he was confrontational and seemed very unwilling to do even listen to the issue his salesman’s negligence created. So now we have a vehicle that we paid MORE for than the original listing that supposedly didn’t include any taxes and that we now have to take more time off work to go to the DMV to pay MORE money?? Ridiculous. At no point did anyone (and we spoke to several people regarding this issue) mention that the sales tax or registration fees would not be included by their dealership in the financing amount. Bottom line? This dealership is an absolute joke and will lie and scam you out of every dollar they can. More

She is knowledgeable, experienced, very enjoyabale to work with and I highly recommend her and Grand Subaru. The entire team was just the best of the best. Give Jen a call and don’t buy elsewhere until you call Jen to check with her first. Simple and clean negotiation and overall a 5 star experience. I can understand why they are the largest dealer in the Midwest. More

These guys Everybody I dealt with was friendly and encouraging. All of my questions were easily answered and I had a great time talking to everybody. These guys were extremely busy while I was there, and it was obvious that they were so busy because of how hard they worked and how much attention they gave everybody that came through the door. If I needed another car I would go straight back. More
